
The ACE Health Access Initiative Pilot is a limited pilot providing structured, non clinical administrative support related to prior authorization denials in:
• District of Columbia
• Maryland
• Virginia
Participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis for all individuals who's needs match "What We Do."
We understand how exhausting it can be to manage a health condition while also navigating insurance barriers. This Pilot exists to help clarify process and next steps when a denial has occurred.
• Review written prior authorization denials
• Clarify appeal deadlines and requirements
• Support structured administrative follow-through
• Help organize documentation for submission
• Provide medical advice
• Provide legal representation
• Determine medical necessity
• Guarantee reversal of denials
• Provide ongoing case management
This focused administrative support pilot demonstrates the value of the ACE Health Access Initiative. By providing streamlined community support, the program aims to improve health literacy and healthcare naigation, ultimately enhancing participants' overall quality of life..
Individuals who:
• Have received a written prior authorization denial
• Have an active appeal window greater than 5-business days
• Are insured in DC, Maryland, or Virginia
